Our room had water marks on the bathroom ceiling, indicating maintenance issues. The food service at the pool was inconsistent, with servers rarely attending to the area. Additionally, my room wasn't cleaned after the first night, which was disappointing.

The personalized welcome from the staff made us feel special, and the tranquil ambiance by the pool was perfect for relaxation. Dining under the stars added a magical touch.

during my stay, I loved that the hotel was only a few kilometers away from the Museum of Saint Anthony and the Demon, making it easy for a leisurely stroll to explore local culture. The nearby Coves de Campanet were just a short drive away, providing breathtaking views during my walks around the area. the only hiccup was that breakfast service could be a bit slow, but overall it didn’t detract from my enjoyable experience.

And let’s not forget the breakfast chaos, with omlettes taking forever! for a place like this, one would expect more than just a friendly smile from inexperienced staff. I was almost tempted to leave a good review, but with these issues, I just couldn’t!

The stunning outdoor pool area offers unparalleled relaxation, and the attentive staff consistently make an effort to enhance your experience. A short drive leads you to the breathtaking Playa de Muro.

Despite the beautiful ambiance, the inconsistent room service fell short, particularly after hours, and some housekeeping practices could definitely see improvement.
